I wear these multifocals daily, from right after I get up until bedtime. A pair lasts me on average 30-40 days and remain comfortable right up until the end. Before these, I struggled with progressive-lens glasses, reading-only glasses, and the fact is that I just can't live with the distorted view I get from progressive glasses. I don't really need any help for distance (+1.00) but really do to read (add 2.50) and I end up losing or breaking pairs of glasses because they're off my face most of the time. These contact lenses have saved me from all of that. I don't have to think about my vision any more. Just two minutes in the morning, two minutes before bed, and that's it! They even work well for me in dim light, which other brands I tried did not.Thank-you Ciba Vision!

I have been wearing contact lenses for 35 years now. My present prescription is -6.00 and +2.00
I don't mind wearing glasses because I just lift them up and I can see really close without anything. But I also like to wear contacts and then I need reading glasses to see close. I decided to try these multifocal lenses. I have them in right now and I can see the computer better than if I just had my regular contacts in or glasses; but I can't see close!!! I still need to put my reading glasses on if I need to read something closer than 18 inches. So in summary, my distance vision is 20/20 with these on, my mid-range close distance is good (say from 18 inches it's still good, but I need my reading glasses to read at less than 18") When I have them on it's sort of like when your eyesight first starts to go around 40 and you first notice it...I can read stuff if I stretch my arm out...so better but not sure it's worth the money because with regular contacts -5.25 I can also see the computer screen etc...

      Comments about Air Optix Multifocal:

I tried the same contacts at my eye doctor, but for some reason these are better. I had slight distance issues with my sample, but not with these ones. I can read and see distance perfectly. HIGHLY recommended

Daily use, they are comfortable, easy to wear, long lasting, I sometimes have trouble with focus or taking them out but that is truly just a dry eye issue.

The quality was poor. I have worn this product for over 3 years and have never had problems with them until this last shipment. I wonder if I got a bad batch.

I like that they are monthly disposable, it works for me.
They are a little bit harder to remove from eyes when your eyes are a little dry, just moisten fingertips and it comes out easy.
