I take them out at night, but I find them very comfortable. My optometrist recommended these because they let more oxygen into your eye, and they are more natural for your eyes than other contacts. I've been wearing these for a few years and I love them.

I've been using Purevision for about 5 years now and love them. Sometimes I forget that I don't have perfect vision because I only really have to deal with the fact that I even have contacts about once a month, when I replace them. I have no problem sleeping with them in; I just make sure I always use eye drops before bed and when I wake up in the morning.
