    These were made as prescription sunglasses. Right out of the box they were a perfect fit. I have a wide bridge, so adjusting the nose pads wasn't required. I had them in my hand for less than half an hour before I ran off to my daughter's baseball practice. We played a game: parents vs the kids. The glasses stayed on the entire time. I never had to adjust them after chasing balls or running bases. I love them & highly recommend them. Cheers
