    I was pleased with the customer service, especially since I made a mistake and ordered readers instead of progressives the first time 'round. I was able to ship them back without any cost to have this corrected, even though it was my mistake.

    The only negative thing I have to say is that the frames are presented online as being burgundy, but are actually a dark purple. Not a huge issue since I wanted them mainly as a backup pair, but I wouldn't have picked burgundy to go with my red hair.
