I was hesitant at first since the price indeed was very cheap, and since I have very sensitive eyes, I didn't want to waste money on a product that wouldn't be worth it. Just like all the reviews before me, Splash is awesome. It's an absolute steal for it's price. I previously used Oasys before Splash, and Oasys actually dried out faster than Splash did on the long run, atleast for me. Splash also feel like the "thickest" contacts I've worn compared to other brands but they're definitely one of the most "refreshing" contacts I've used. If you're a student like me, or someone who just doesn't want to spend too much on a pair, buy Splash: one of the most durable and moisturizing contact brands, as well as the cheapest on the market.

I bought these contacts because I read reviews and they seemed positive for the most part. The price stood out as well because it's nice to find something that you need and use on a daily basis, for a lower price. However, on day 2 of having these in, they felt as though I needed to change them already. They are very drying and not comfortable. I also started getting headaches because they didn't last like they should so I had to take them out. I wont be getting these again.
Pretty disappointed.

Not worth the "savings"

    Comments about Splash:

I've been wearing contact lenses for about 15years now, wearing them almost everyday. I've always worn Acuvue but thought I'd give Splashes a try, in hopes of saving a bit of money (about $10 savings per box). I've been pretty disappointed by these contacts and am pretty amazed at how variable the quality of these lenses are between lenses within the same box! For example, the first pair I wore, became uncomfortable after 1 week. The next pair, hurt my eyes immediately (felt like there was a speck stuck but there wasn't) so I had to junk them despite cleaning them very well. The third pair lasted about 1 week before drying out too quickly. The fourth pair have so far lastest the longest (about 3 weeks).

I've also noticed that these lenses dry out too quickly relative to my old Acuvue Oasys -- they last about 8hours so I have to carry a bottle of eye drops in my purse to last through the workday. Oasys lasted for at least 16hrs!! And for about 8 weeks before feeling the need to open a new pair. (Note: I clean my contacts daily and thoroughly).

The other important disappointment in Splashes lenses is that they tend to become dislodged very easily - a slight rub of my eyelid and it moves out of place! Not so with Acuvue Oasys.

In sum, the "savings" with Splashes is not worth it.

I purchased these contacts previously when they first came out. At first they had been ok. Cheap enough so I kept using them. Eventually i started having blurry spells but only when i wore these contacts so i switched brands and everything went back to normal. I used the other brand for approx a year. This past week I decided to give Splash another shot because the price difference is large.

Wore them for 2 days before calling clearly contacts for an exchange.

So drying and uncomfortable. The worst contacts I have ever used.

Do yourself a favour and spend the extra money on a better brand....I use Acuvue Oasys and they are great.

I didn't want to purchase crazy expensive contacts from my optometrist so I bought these to try instead and they are great! I wear my contacts a lot more in the summer and I definitely got my wear out of these. They were easy to put in and held up pretty well. The only downside was my eyes tended to get dry at the end of the day, but at this price I got some eye drops and I'm happy.

          Comments about Splash:

These contacts irritated my eyes so much that after only a few hours of wear I would be rushing to take them out. Using them while driving, watching tv, or reading causes discomfort after only a short amount of time. I'm surprised they have such a high rating on here; I attribute it to the low price. I was buying them because they're cheap but I think I may have sensitive eyes and I have decided to invest in higher quality monthly contact lenses in the future.

If your finger nails are on the sharp side, these contacts get sliced pretty often. This is unlike the other contacts I've worn such as acuvue.

            Comments about Splash:

The price and reviews attracted me, so I decided to give them a try. I wear my contacts 12+ hours a day (I don't wear glasses if I can help it). Splash are okay for the first few days, but after about a week or so, I really notice them degrading. They make my eyes dry and tired after only a few hours of wear.
Worse still, past a week's use, they tend to stick and slide around on my eyeball. I keep a bottle of eye drops in my car just so I can lube them up before I drive, so they don't stick at an inopportune moment - my prescription is horrible, so I really don't want this to happen (-11.00 and -9.00).
I won't be buying these again. I suppose they would be okay for individuals who don't wear their contacts as often or as long as I do, but I really need a product that is going to last. Sadly most of the contacts designed for extended use aren't available in my prescription.

after reading reviews I was aprehensive since I have dry sensitive eyes, but decided to order them anyways. I'm pleasantly surprised. 12 hrs, and still feeling good, used drops only once, even though it wasn't necessary. For a casual contact lens wearer these are perfect, I've tried most brands and these seem to be great for me, looks like I'll be wearing them more often. quick delivery(ordered monday, recieved friday with prescription glasses). As always another great buy from clearly contacts

I've been wearing contacts for 15+ years. I've tried many different types and have never had a problem until now. They dry my eyes and make them feel tired. As well, I get blurry periods (my prescription is correct). I think it's because they do not form to my eyes correctly.

Splash may be cheap, but they are not a good value.

I've been wearing contact lenses for 10 years and Splash brand for over 1 year. I rate the contacts 2/5 because they are inadequate for regular wear and prone to extreme dryness and irritate my eyes. Moreover I find they rip easily, even in comparison to other thin lenses: often enough they don't hold up to one week.

While they are cheap, it's worth spending a few more dollars for quality and a more comfortable, longer-lasting lens.
